Octapharma's products each have their own unique branding, from the photography style to the color palette and product logos. These products and their treatment benefits are backed by in-depth research and clinical study data. Despite the strength of product branding and data, day-to-day communications lacked visual identity. Content was also dense and overly scientific, making it difficult to tell a story that patients could easily relate to.

How We Worked Together

Applying product branding to scientific storytelling.

Working with Octapharma's internal marketing team and product experts, we started by understanding the business overall and the specific treatment indications and benefits. We reviewed past presentations, scientific data, and research papers during initial discovery sessions. From there, we worked collaboratively to develop a compelling narrative for healthcare professionals and patients, integrating simplified scientific messaging into an emotional storyline. Finally, we applied graphics, photography, and brand elements to build a complete presentation. We started with one product and eventually developed the presentations for five products in Octapharma's portfolio, including storyboarding, copywriting, and presentation design.
