Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Working with existing clients to understand project scopes, needs and timelines
- Managing incoming project requests to ensure client satisfaction and closing new sales
- Continuous improvement of client relationships with Stinson
- Communicating with the design team to ensure deliverables meet client needs
- Managing timelines with project managers to ensure project delivery on or before deadlines
- Working with leadership to continuously develop our sales cycle and client experience
Desired skills and experience
- 3 to 5 years of professional client service / sales experience preferably in advertising, media or related field
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Proven track record in growing accounts or revenue
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and clients
- Strong skills in business writing and presentation
- Able to provide direction and learn about clients’ products or services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
