Account Manager

Our account managers work with the project managers and design team to deliver outstanding work for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Working with existing clients to understand project scopes, needs and timelines
  • Managing incoming project requests to ensure client satisfaction and closing new sales
  • Continuous improvement of client relationships with Stinson
  • Communicating with the design team to ensure deliverables meet client needs
  • Managing timelines with project managers to ensure project delivery on or before deadlines
  • Working with leadership to continuously develop our sales cycle and client experience
Desired skills and experience
  • 3 to 5 years of professional client service / sales experience preferably in advertising, media or related field
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Proven track record in growing accounts or revenue
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and clients
  • Strong skills in business writing and presentation
  • Able to provide direction and learn about clients’ products or services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
